The Ohio Junior Ryder Cup is recognized as a must play junior golf competition and Ohio's most unique and prestigious junior team match play competition. For the first time, this 9th annual competition will show-case Ohio's top high school boys and girls competing against Pennsylvania's top high school boys and girls. Only 24 players from each state, (12 boys and 12 girls) will be competing in a one-day match play Ryder Cup at the famous Avalon Lakes C.C. Players can only participate by invitation based on their current season accomplishments.
How do I qualify?
- You must be currently enrolled in high school
- Have a scoring average of 80 or better and/or
- Current Season State score of 160 or better at the OHSAA or PIAA State Championships
